It is possible to track changes made to a record overtime. You can view when the record has been updated and also select a date to view what data was included with the record at that time.
Follow these steps:
Before you begin, locate the record you want to view on the corresponding reporting table.
1. Click on the row to open the expanded record view:
2. In the icon tool bar for the record you would like to see the history for, click on the "View History" icon:
3. A window will open that lists the date/time of all updates to the record since its creation. To view all details of a prior version of the record, just click on the desired date/time entry from the list:
